Terms for using SongRibbon and requesting a personalized song gift

SongRibbon helps you submit a story brief for a personalized song gift. A submitted brief is a request for follow-up; it does not create a paid order unless we clearly confirm pricing, delivery, and any payment terms with you.
You are responsible for the details you submit. Do not provide material that is unlawful, infringes someone else's rights, or includes private information you do not have permission to share.
Personalized creative work may require clarification, revision, or a separate confirmation of scope. Any delivery timing, pricing, ownership, and refund terms will be presented before an order is accepted.
Do not use SongRibbon to harass, impersonate, threaten, or violate another person's privacy. We may decline or cancel requests that conflict with these terms or applicable law.
